Arni Startup is a handmade shop run by two kids, Arjun and Niya, with help from their family. Here is how shipping, returns, photos, and their names work.
Shipping inside the United States is if you add it at checkout. You can skip shipping if you will pick up locally — we will confirm that when we reply.
Every piece is handmade, so please allow about 1–2 weeks for us to make your order, then extra time for the mail. Custom or bulk orders can take longer. We will tell you a timeline when we write back.
The pictures in our catalog are photos we uploaded of real handmade pieces. Colors, shine, and small details can look a little different in person because of lighting, screens, and the fact that each item is made by hand.
Because items are made by hand (and often custom), we generally cannot take returns unless we made a mistake or something arrived damaged.
If that happens, email within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will do our best to fix it or remake the piece.
